How we verify every LED order before it ships

Five checks stand between an approved drawing and a container: specification review, in-production monitoring, optical inspection, aging test and export packing. Each one is recorded, and the photos come back to you with the shipping documents.

Specification review before production

Every order starts with a written specification, not a chat message. We confirm pixel pitch, cabinet size, brightness, refresh rate, IP rating, control system and mounting method, then send the configuration back for approval before any module is ordered.

  • Pitch, cabinet and brightness locked in writing
  • Control system and signal chain confirmed
  • Mounting and service access checked against site photos
Production monitoring for LED display cabinets
STEP 02

In-production monitoring and trial fit

Cabinets are checked as they are assembled: module seating, flatness, locking mechanism and cable routing. A trial fit confirms that cabinets line up and that the batch is consistent before packing begins.

  • Module seating and cabinet flatness checked
  • Locking and alignment verified on a trial frame
  • Batch consistency compared against the approved sample
Optical inspection of LED display modules
STEP 03

Optical inspection

Each panel is powered and inspected for dead pixels, colour shift and brightness uniformity, first at close range and then from the intended viewing distance. Grey-scale and low-brightness performance are checked because that is where cheap drivers fail first.

  • Dead pixel and colour shift check
  • Brightness uniformity across the cabinet
  • Low grey-scale performance at 5–10% brightness

STEP 04

Aging test

Screens run continuously before shipment, typically for 48 hours, cycling full white, red, green, blue and moving content. Early driver or power-supply failures show up here rather than on site, and the result is recorded for the order file.

  • 48-hour continuous run
  • Full-colour and moving-content cycles
  • Failures replaced and re-tested before packing
Export packing and container loading for LED displays
STEP 05

Export packing and loading

Cabinets are packed in foam-lined flight cases or plywood crates, palletised and labelled per carton. We photograph the packing and the loading, and send the packing list with the shipping documents so the receiver can check the delivery against the order.

  • Foam-lined flight cases or plywood crates
  • Pallet photos and container loading photos
  • Packing list matched to the order
