The driver system supports ≥3,840 Hz refresh and 14-bit grayscale across the listed configurations, helping produce smooth motion and controlled tonal transitions. Brightness ranges from 5,500 to 10,000 cd/m² depending on the selected pixel pitch and LED package.
Precision Modular Cabinet Alignment
Precision cabinet alignment creates a continuous large-format image with minimal visible seams. The modular structure can be configured to match project-specific screen dimensions and resolution targets.
Heat-Treated Iron Cabinet
The heat-treated iron cabinet provides structural rigidity for permanent outdoor installations and is specified for −20 °C to +60 °C operation. Mounting, ventilation, and wind-load engineering should be finalized for the installation site.
Service-Friendly Cabinet Design
Integrated handles and organized internal components simplify cabinet handling, installation, and routine maintenance. Cabinet weight varies by configuration, so lifting and support requirements should follow the selected model.
Active Heat Dissipation
Four high-speed fans provide 6.6 m³/min of ventilation and circulate cabinet air up to 25 times per minute. This active airflow removes operating heat to support stable outdoor performance.
Wide Operating Temperature Range
The listed configurations are specified for operation from −20 °C to +60 °C. Final system design should account for direct solar load, ventilation, humidity, altitude, and local electrical requirements.
IP65 Front / IP54 Rear Protection
The display face is rated IP65 and the rear cabinet IP54 in the listed configurations, helping protect against dust and rain in fixed outdoor installations. Weather sealing, drainage, cable entry, and cabinet orientation must be verified during installation.
